Do send us an image with resolution of minimum 300 dots per inch(dpi) in file format PNG,JPEG,GIF,PSD or PDF. Please kindly send us your original file format if in doubt.
Image will be cropped/resized for maximum effect on the mug.
Any specifications for your mug,such as font type, placement of text or position of the photo, please enter in the design specifications on the order form.
If you are creating your artwork to fit exactly on a mug, our artwork size is 19.5cm x 9.5cm for standard full mug wrap. You may leave a 0.5cm - 1cm allowance for the top and bottom. Front & Back is 8cm x 8cm.
Please note that there may be colour differences on the finished product due to different monitors resolutions.
